The North Office located in Smithfield has been in operation since August of 2000 and it is the corporate headquarters of Alpine Cleaning and Restoration Specialists, Inc. It contains facilities and equipment to handle any size of disaster loss. The North Office building is 17,000 square feet and has received a new addition in 2011 of 22,000 square feet. Our total Corporate Headquarters facilities are 39,000 square feet. The new facility houses a state-of-the-art content cleaning production room, specifically designed to implement the use of new cleaning equipment technology.
Utah Layton Office

The South Office located in Layton has been in operation since 2004. It contains facilities and equipment to handle any size of disaster.The building is 10,500 square feet and is located just west of I-15 on Gordon Avenue by Burton Lumber. This office services South Salt Lake all the way to the Northern Utah location boundary.
